Return & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed (especially for custom items).

• Return Policy: No returns or refunds are applicable for customized products. For ready-made items, returns are only accepted if:

  1. The wrong product was delivered.

  2. The product is defective or damaged.

  3. Parts are missing.

How to Claim a Return

• Check your product in front of the delivery agent or at the courier office.

• If you find any issues, take photos/videos immediately and send them to our WhatsApp.

• Warning: No complaints will be entertained once the delivery person has left or after the product has been taken home from the courier office.
